Regeneration Workouts Regeneration Workouts help to regenerate your body. These workouts will help improve your range of motion, flexibility, mobility, stability.

Start here if you haven't worked out in a while.

You can always come back to these workouts if you are sore from a previous LBN Online workout, or if you just need to regenerate. Tenderfoot Workouts-Pre-Beginner Tenderfoot workouts are workouts designed for beginners or people with joint issues. These workouts are low impact and focus on building strength. You need to build strength first before worrying about performance and how many reps or rounds you can do. Beginner Bootcamp/Metabolic Training These workouts are designed to get you ready for all the other advanced workout genres that we have on LBN Online. Mixing a little more interval training and strength and conditioning, these workouts take you to the next level. There is a low impact and higher impact series for you to conquer. Abs/Core Workouts The abs and core are your root. Much like the root of a tree. The stronger the root the stronger the limbs. Plus everyone wants that flat, sexy, 6-pack Core consists of everything from the sternum down to the hips and on the backside, mid-back down through the glutes. These workouts are more advanced then our beginner genres. Build strength, endurance, and toughen up that core. You only have one body and one root. Make it the strongest it can with the abs/core workout genre for LBN Hotel-Travel Workouts Do you travel? For business? Pleasure? Then the hotel/travel workout genre is for you. All the workouts are done in a hotel room, hotel workout room, or beach. We'll use the equipment we have at the hotel, plus some of our trusty resistance bands. There is now no excuse not to get your workout on when you are traveling. Take me with you, I like to travel Advanced Metabolic Training/Bootcamp This is the workout genre that started LBN Online. These workouts are the exact same workouts I used for years with my clients in Ohio that got them serious results. Again these are advanced workouts, so be sure to build up your strength in our beginner genres (beginner bootcamp, tenderfoot, regeneration) before attempting these. These are metabolic, fat burning, muscle pumping workouts. Good luck Body Weight Training No need for equipment Your body is the machine now. All you need is your body for these workouts.
