My name is Dayne Stevens and I& 39;m a 37 year old young man from the Midwest (that& 39;s me on the right) and I& 39;m a survivor of over 10+ years of horrible panic attacks and chronic anxiety. I guess you could call me an "average Joe", except for the fact that I cured my panic attacks and chronic anxiety on my own with some pretty powerful techniques and tricks without medications or therapy.

Here is my story in a nutshell

I remember waking up some mornings in a cold sweat and having the horrible feeling of wanting to jump out of my skin and my day hadn& 39;t even started yet I also remember times when I would go to the grocery store and all of a sudden I would be overcome with an impending feeling of doom to the point of feeling like I may pass out , so I would ditch my cart and just leave.

No joke. It got that bad.

It was not only embarrassing, but it absolutely DESTROYED my own self-confidence and happiness. You probably know that horrible feeling of your own happiness and "zest for life" being sucked right out of you. It& 39;s truly horrible and I wouldn& 39;t wish it on my worst enemy
